This block is pretty good for the price. It cools a medium sized bedroom fairly well. I live in Florida and rent a room. I like to keep the temperature around 25 degrees and my roommate who also owns the house I live in likes it warmer inside. that works pretty well. When I bought this device, the review said that this device was leaking and the person lives in the desert. So I measured the purchased device in the Sterilite container shown in the app. This block fits perfectly. I bought it in February 2019 and watched the water leak out in the container. About a month passed and there was no water. About a month later I looked in the bucket and noticed a small amount (about a quarter inch) of water in the bucket. This water evaporated in less than a week. Yesterday evening 08/10/2019 the installation did not start. A small red light came on on the display above, indicating that the inner tub was full. I picked up the device and laid it on the bed (I read that the plug I had to unscrew was on the bottom of the device). water) into this container, took the container, which contained about an inch and a half of water, into the tub and emptied it. I screwed the plug back in, plugged everything back in, and it started with no problems. I hope this helps someone. Oh this db app on my phone says this unit puts out an average of 51dB-A, whatever that is. I have headphones in my ears all the time, so I don't notice it.
