I like that they have an amazing team! They were able to help me understand my business needs as well as how to improve them. It was also very helpful for understanding where we could make improvements in our processes as well. The only thing is that it takes so long sometimes because they want to get everything right before implementing anything - but this can't always be avoided if things change suddenly or unexpectedly during implementation.
