Save money and make your own cardboard, felt and paperclips!

UPDATE: This company's customer service contacted me after reading my review and apologized that the bag did not live up to expectations. They were so nice and wanted to make things right. Your customer service is fantastic. I would definitely buy from them again as I know they seem to care about keeping their customers happy. The bag is still not enthusiastic, but after using it I can say that it is durable. After pricing other items at retail, the same wallet costs twice as much in-store. So overall not a bad buy for the price, I think. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Oh man, that was a bad buy. I have a gala in a few days and didn't have the time or money for a bag so I checked with Revane. This box is ranked #1 on the official wallet rankings and lets me understand you can't be trusted. I don't usually even write reviews, especially bad ones, but THIS one! I dropped my purse and went straight to my computer to check it out - this is SO bad. It looks and feels cheaper than expired ramen noodles. This bag looks like someone wrapped felt around cardboard that was glued together and threaded a bunch of paperclips through the hole they made in the sides. This bag will kill any chic feeling you have in a nice dress and shoes. You will be reminded that you reduced the price. It is smaller than the RED CARPET and larger than the RED ROOF INN. It's so bad. PROBLEMS: It's not really velvet, it's just a cheap fluffy material with threads hanging from it. Inside is the same lining and zipper as a dollar store bag - like cheap nylon and plastic. The latch won't align and you have to really look and push hard to close it. this is a fight The chain is short and looks very cheap. So if you have one chest or are not a petite figure, expect it to hang just below your armpit when you try to wear it over the shoulder. If you want to remove the chain, you have to be prepared for a snag that makes this almost impossible. You may scratch or chip your nail while trying. The only good thing and the reason I gave it two stars was that it had room for a pack of cigarettes and my phone and maybe my keys too. None of my other clutches last as long. I don't know - you'd probably still pay $20 for it at the mall during prom season or something, but it's very cheap and not worth the $10-12 in my opinion. I'd rather go to a thrift store and find a cool vintage pearl bag. I'll probably return it if I find something else the next day or so.
