I'm 6ft 1in, 175lbs, waist 34in. I'm a very healthy guy. I train 4-5 times a week. And medium suits me PERFECTLY. I also have fairly large feet and they give me plenty of room even at medium height. If you have muscular hips but your waist is in the 32-36 range, they will still fit you perfectly. These shorts are waist sized. If you are 30 or younger, choose small. If you're over 36, get the big ones, etc. They'll definitely fit you perfectly. An elastic band and an endless drawstring also complete these sports shorts. I love them so much I bought 3 pairs!
