The best part is that it has all of my favorite tools in one place! I love how easy it is to use for both creating diagrams as well as documenting code changes through pull requests or issues. One thing about this tool can be improved would be more options/tools available when viewing an issue through github (not just comments). Also sometimes some information like version numbers are not visible until you hover over them which makes navigating difficult at times because there's nothing visibly pointing out what those versions refer too. So far so good with their product but we've only been using for around 3-4 months now. They have great customer support even before launch making sure our needs were being met and giving us updates every step along the way. Their staff seems very knowledgeable as they quickly solved any questions we had during onboarding process and continued doing follow up calls throughout development.
