This fanny pack is perfect for my iPhone 12 Pro Max (6.7 inch). The main compartment has plenty of room for your phone and headphones and more if you want, because it's stretchy enough for other items without being bulky. In a small pouch under a colored valve you can store keys, hygienic lipstick and credit cards. I'm not a runner so I don't know about it, but it's perfect for walking, shopping or anytime I need my phone handy but not in my pocket. The elastic waistband is very comfortable and easy to adjust. I bought the purple and it is as pictured online but I would describe it as more of a fuchsia. I am very happy with this purchase and it was delivered fairly quickly.
