This small item goes perfectly with the Instant Pot Airfryer lid. Our first attempt was to cook a barbecue with marinated chicken, mushrooms, onions and peppers. We did 375F for 14 minutes on Air Fry which worked well although I might try a minute less next time. As you can see the food is browned really well, you almost thought it was grilled. For the 6 liter version there are 12 skewers about 6 inches long. With a side of rice, I had 3 hearty dinners (4 kebabs each). As you can see, I could probably put more food in there and really stuff it to the brim; I was worried it would be packed too tightly and the chicken wouldn't cook, but that definitely wasn't a problem. There is enough space between the skewers to ensure adequate airflow. Easy to clean, we simply place the skewers in the cutlery basket (upside down so they don't stick out) and scrub the base with a sponge. The product is made of 304 series stainless steel which meets a food safety standard, looks strong enough when first used and should be rust resistant. . A good back pocket tool to quickly and easily prepare meals at home.
