My son has major issues with his heels hurting (we believe he has severs disease). His heels flared up real bad when his tackle football season started (walking, touching his heel, etc sent him into painful agony). I bought these heel cups (which come with 2 pairs) and put a pair in his every day shoes and a pair in his football cleats. We immediately seen a difference and within a week or two he stopped complaining about his feet altogether. Sometimes he switches shoes and forgets to switch the heel cups and will complain about heel pain, so these definitely work! We will be buying more so all of his shoes can have a pair.
