These skewers are awesome! I've only used them once but I'm so glad I ordered 2 packs of these. I used to have to use 2 skewers for every doner kebab I made, but it's a lot easier with two-pronged skewers! I threaded the meat and veggies and put the skewers and everything in a zippered marinade bag. It couldn't be easier! Also, when I took them off the grill, the meat and veggies quickly slid off them. There were no washing instructions but after I was done I just put the skewers in the dishwasher and they came out great! I highly recommend this item.
