Very useful for prospecting and generating appointments
Great to use when you are in need quick leads without having much time or experience with lead generation tools! The customer service can be really bad sometimes too if they do not understand your question/need quickly enough (sometimes it takes more than one email back + forth before I get an answer).
We used them primarily as appointment setting tool but we have also found that most times our qualified contacts will end up becoming clients even though their needs were met via this website only once so far - which was good news since no money exchanged hands at all yet :) Really helpful especially because there's nothing else out here like us right now where people would just go straight from searching product descriptions online into making phone calls instead.
- Calls seemed genuinely interested, i liked how easy is for me personally speaking over telephone

- Allows sales team members reach prospects directly by entering information about prospect through software program called Lead Genius; allows staff member create account using info provided during contact form fillout then enter data later after being contacted again within same session
