UPDATE: We bought a new headset and it didn't work. After googling and trying various things we found that our Xbox controller needed a firmware update. After we went through the update, they worked again! Old review before controller update. We bought these for our son who wears them in our family room. So we know he's not offending her. The first pair didn't last very long and then gave up so we brought them back. A replacement was sent and now they don't work either, but we've exceeded the 13 day return period. Save yourself the hassle and buy something else.
