That's good, but your existing pads aren't the problem.

I bought these because it hurt to wear new glasses. I thought this would help. They didn't, but that's not the fault of these pads. Experimenting and comparing previous glasses with very ordinary pads that are comfortable, I realized that the pads were not the problem. These are the hands holding the pads. My nose pads on my new glasses were twisted so that only the narrow edge of the nose pad was resting on my nose. It effectively cut my nose. Switching to these pads didn't change anything. As a rule, you can bend the temples of the glasses with your fingers, but not twist them. What worked was careful use of needle nose pliers. I had to adjust them further because I had a much more common problem - my hands were too close together which pinched my nose and left dents. Those pads, while comfortable enough, didn't help with that either. I like these pads now that my glasses are adjusted properly, but I'll tell you it doesn't help if your glasses are uncomfortable. a lot of. The main reason isn't your goggle pads, but how the supports push those pads into your nose.
