This is a fairly sturdy outdoor reindeer & it does come with the stakes to reinforce him in the ground. My only complaints are that the head is stuffed down inside the body for shipping which almost caused me to completely mess it up before even getting it ready to assemble. Also, all 3 of the ball ornaments had broke off of the bow. I managed to get one back on but i don’t know for how long. The ears & horns fit loosely in their designated spots. Also, your directions are pretty vague so take your time and study each part before assembling and it will go pretty smoothly.The reindeer has the small lights like fairly lights throughout which I do like & appreciate. Also it comes with a generous length cord from where the body ends to where you’d plug it in an outlet.Have some hairspray & a vacuum cleaner close by. I didn’t do either so I had to rush the reindeer to the front porch as soon as I finished so that I can spray him down. There’s a lot of glitter that comes off of this. LolOverall, this is a great outdoor reindeer that should withstand several years at least if properly cared for & stored. The lights are gorgeous, bright and vivid making his horns stand out even more.I would still recommend this item flaws and all.
