The ability to track all changes over time in emails or other documents allows us to see how much has changed hands throughout projects without manually checking each document individually. It can be frustrating at times when I get multiple updates from one person for approval before it's approved by another. When this happens we end up with conflicting versions and therefore an invalid version which then results in wasted work hours trying to resolve these issues. Having real live support would help but unfortunately they seem not very responsive so far! Tracking project status and communication across teams and offices was challenging until now thanks to AppoRivement donkey - you'll have no problem solving complex problems once your team uses Apporivation as their main task tracking tool. I like how easy it was to set up my approval process for our team members as well as their managers so we can see who has been approved and who hasn't. It's not very intuitive at first but once you get used to it, things start getting easier. I wish there were more features and more people could use this product. We are using it mainly with emails but have also started implementing some tasks directly into the system which makes life much easier.
