I thought this would be a great solution to our shift work sleep problems. With the reviews and instructions, it seemed easy enough. It isn't easy to fit into the window perfectly even with precise measurement and cutting. We had everything installed perfectly the afternoon before and when we woke up the film had dried out and shrunk. All the film that was evenly cut and checked several times to make sure light wouldn't come in was now skewed allowing light to leek in. The film is thick enough to keep light out, but the fitting part is tricky and the film is obviously reactive to temperature change.
