OK for the money!
This shirt will fit! Nothing special. It shrunk like crazy the first wash so I had to buy a new one (usually wears a size 8; had to get a 10 after it shrunk, now a 10 fits perfectly). He definitely needs a shirt. I recommend this for a growing kid who will probably get it dirty in no time :)
