Not easy, didn't work for me
I've tried over and over again but it doesn't work. Before that I made my own yoghurt in a yoghurt maker for 6 years, but my little car broke down, I couldn't find a replacement glass, that intrigued me. I wasted at least 3 gallons of milk trying to get this to work. Very frustrating. I have read and tried many different techniques. I just can't get it to maintain a warm or constant temperature at all.
