The sound quality is excellent, but some listeners find that it lacks the bass and volume of, say, the Galaxy Buds Live. The application lacks an equalization, so I can't customize the volume the way I'd like to. While verbally adjusting the level may seem like a practical solution, doing so requires a second hand to keep the earpiece in place. It's not a huge deal, but the lid is a touch shaky when you open it with your finger: just hold the case and try it out. I would have had no idea how to take the headphones out of the case without the app's helpful hints. Whoever thought of designing magnets so powerful that you can't just pull them out of the cover is a genius. Tweezers were required the first time I removed the headphones. Even with a workaround, removing the right earphone magnet from its case feels like it weighs twice as much as the left one.
