I work in a taxi. These are my first on-ear bluetooth headphones. I recently switched to wireless because the iPhone X splitter (one for charging and one for listening to music) kept bugging me. I like these headphones because of the color (I chose light green), the buttons on the side of the ear and they are not too tight on the head. Two things that I think could be improved are 1) toggling the next song button, which is done with a single click with the volume button holding the same button, and 2) lowering the volume of "incoming call" -Notifications. For 1) When I want to change the volume by holding the 'next song' button, it's difficult to get the exact volume I want. Of course, this can be bypassed by adjusting the volume on your phone. To 2) I work in a taxi. I'm getting multiple spam calls. I let the phone ring instead of ending the call because I heard that if you end the call abruptly, the spammer will know it's an active number. As I let the phone ring, the incoming call alarm goes off in my ear and I'm sure the person next to my cab can hear it and it's annoying. Turning the volume down sharply or adjusting it should help. I love these headphones but I probably won't buy another one until at least the alarm volume is turned down or adjusted.
