As much as I hate to admit it, I'm 78 years old, just under 5ft 2in tall and weigh a whopping 230 pounds. As a chubby elderly person I try to be as comfortable as possible so I ordered a size 10 just to cover my back (side!). Also to allow for easy shrinkage. The legs and waist are tied (no those crappy stitches over the elastic), the crotch is wide enough to fit panty liners if needed, and they're great. comfortable and I will order more. they are a bit more expensive than the "crappy" above. but if I'm not wrong, it's worth it. I have ordered others in the past which I have just donated to charity after trying a pair and realizing they are not for me. It is great!
