This stabilizer was bought for mountain bike use. It works great and really stabilized everything as expected. The only problem is that the app is ok at best and can't connect the gimbal to Wi-Fi so I can connect it to my Gopro to start and stop recording. This is indeed a minor nitpick, but worth noting. I also tried updating the gimbal, which requires a Wi-Fi connection to the gimbal, but I couldn't start it. After some internet searching I found that it was better that I couldn't connect it as I had read several stories about the device getting stuck with an update. So don't update your device. Aside from the fact that the app works well enough to tweak the settings and give the gimbal a bit of control, some of the features feel a bit silly, but the speed settings are a really important setting that you get access to and as which is expected to work. The battery life has been good so far and I haven't run out of battery while driving. Replacing Gopro batteries and memory cards is a bit of a chore, but for the results you get, it's really just part of the game. Paired with the stuntman chest strap this item is rock solid and you forget it's there buy again and recommend to others.
