I am 1.87 m tall and weigh 110 kg and bought the size Large. It hugs me very nicely. The sleeves reach to the wrists and do not flare up, as can be seen from the model, which in a large must be a very small man. If you are over 6ft 1" you need size XL if you want the sleeves to reach your wrists. The length of the robe is perfect. It's a heavy bathrobe, heavier than a bath towel. I like it because it's 100% cotton and I expect it to last for many years.
