I can't use this product on my face - it exhausted me even more. If you have combination skin, I would try the smaller size first. I used it on my body because I can't use it on my face. To be honest it doesn't work for me or a probiotic for clear skin. But I've heard so many good things about the altitude. You may need to be more used to the 10 step process. I ended up gritting my teeth and buying a Korean 97 percent organic kit from Amazon. Here I am again on an endless facial journey! I give 3 stars because it's comfortable and can be good for the right skin type.
