This is a great product! The kids love it and it's so handy when you live in a big house. Aside from using it as a toy, my niece uses her walkie-talkies to communicate with her parents when she's going to bed or waking up from nightmares. This is a much more convenient and quiet way of communicating. We had no issues with volume or channel scanning.
