I have two open ended 5 shelf book cases. I was starting to get tired of the books falling out all the time. This pack had the perfect amount of bookends that I needed. I didn't want anything big or fancy. Something small and subdued was what I was after. These fit the bill. I like too that I can place these almost to the edge of the shelf due to the small lip. Unlike many others which had longer ones. Overall. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
