I love gel polish but hate taking it off especially when cutting foil squares. I finally used them and they are much better. I broke off pieces of a cotton swab, used one skein per hand, soaked them in acetone and attached them to my nails. What I like most is how easy it is to remove them and check the nail polish removal process underneath. I let them sit for about 5 minutes, took them off to clean everything I could, then put back those that lasted longer. They don't fit all my nails perfectly, I have male hands so my thumbs were a bit tight but overall I'm very happy with them.
