Proportions for a kitten, not a cat

Sweater is nice and solid but definitely not for an adult cat. I bought a size small for my 5 lb Cornish Rex because he was pulling the hair on his back. The body part should be about 50% longer. Also, it tends to gather behind the elbows. A larger size will not fit her as she is too big in the shoulders and legs.
