I bought a 10 1/2 as I usually do at New Balance. My foot is slightly narrower than average due to a small bone in my leg. I have a high instep and wear braces. These New Balance shoes fit my forefoot better after trying on the 520V5 and Asics Gel-Venture 6 women's running shoes (which I wish I had worn a few times before). They are narrower in the forefoot than the other two pairs of running shoes I've tried, which I think are best for people with a medium (not very wide) foot. They are true to size in length. Can't speak about comfort as I haven't worn them walking yet, but they seem like other NB trainers I've had (they have what's called a Comfort Ride insole) which were comfortable. Hopefully they are durable. I will update in the future.
