Not exactly Total War, but a decent product nonetheless.
Bought after not going to the gym or speaking before a workout for a year and looking for something to start exercising again. I'm 6ft 2in and about 200lbs and I will say this product gives me what I need to get a solid lift. I took it cautiously at first, starting with 1/2 scoop the first day, which didn't help much. Since then I've been completely insane. Definitely as it gives me what I need to lift harder. I will say that I didn't feel a "total war" when I took it, I was expecting an insane amount of energy and pump from this product. I got what I was looking for from the product just not as much as I expected. My suggestion: Rename the product to "Small Conflict Resolution", I wouldn't call it "Total War".
