The first thing I would like to say is that the packaging is not very strong. He came to me quite broken on the corner. At the same time, the foil itself came whole. It has a simple red ribbon holding it together. I would recommend tugging the band up slightly. If you pull too hard, you'll only tear the foil down the middle. The foil is pretty strong. It holds up as well as most major brands. I used it when I put stuff in the oven. It's strong enough that it won't break if something sticks to it (although it's drizzled with oil to prevent this). When meat is subsequently cut, the foil remains relatively intact. Inside it has sharp edges so you can cut the foil. The edge is not very high, so it is safer to touch. Foil cuts easily. For me, all I needed was a sheet pan to keep the juices and oils from touching the pan. Generally it does the job I need it to do. The foil is very well made so you don't have to worry about it peeling off and sticking to your food. It doesn't take much and doesn't tear off easily. The blade also cuts through foil with ease and feels fairly secure. The only drawback is that the box is a bit thin. It was easy to crush in transit and even feeling it I can understand why.
