Review on 💦 2021 Upgraded Version of HONGJING Portable Misting Neck Fan: Hand-Free Personal Spray Fan for Enhanced Outdoor Sports & Travel Experience by Theodore Huynh

I'm trying to keep this charged for an emergency and wonder how it will perform during a power outage. We had one shortly after it arrived so I let my husband use it while I used a battery powered portable fan. Mainly because he doesn't have hair like me and I was afraid my hair would get tangled around the fans if I slept with it. My husband loved it and it kept him cool until there was power which lasted a good 4 hours and they were still charged. It was on low settings. I tried them first, but at first my hair got stuck in the fans when I accidentally turned them on while trying to put them around my neck. The only thing I have is the location of the power, speed and color buttons. I have a hard time finding them once around my neck but other than that I'm happy with the purchase.
