Works great. There was some difficulty with zooming, but that was user error. It's truly plug and play, no need to install any software, just select the camera as your video selection in the Zoom meeting where you start the video. This gives you the option to select the video input. I have a webcam on my laptop so I had to select that webcam. Then it worked perfectly. Connected the laptop to the TV and used the audio from the TV and the audio was great. Made the big meeting a breeze.
