Works as advertised
This appears to be a well made and durable unit. I've only used it a couple of times, but even as a one-handed cook I prefer chopping onions without. However, I like to use it for hard vegetables. This way the carrots don't slip off the cutting board. I see myself using it for other things in the future. Despite the low price and the small footprint, you really can't go wrong with this item.
