Reliable, stable, well made

I have bought two of these trolleys in the last two months to transport boxes and other things during my recent move. Now I use one to store my workbench supplies that I haven't figured out yet and the other to move things around my new home. Both cars have served me well so far. These cars performed quite well during and after the move. The 500-pound load capacity is reasonable - there have been times when I've had almost that much weight on a cart, and most of the time there was no sign of instability or difficulty moving a loaded cart. The only time I noticed signs of instability was when I had a Β£250 item on the top shelf and no load on the other shelves. The trolley is not designed for such a load, so I was not surprised that there was a slight wobble when moving this load - nevertheless the trolley did its job without bending or breaking. The included 3-inch hard drive rubber casters move smoothly and well, and rotate easily under both light and heavy loads. Assembly was easy and not difficult even for one person. Everything came together smoothly. Note that this cart is NOT the best money can buy - U-Line (supply company) sells various sizes of frame carts including a similar sized cart to this product but made of heavier gauge wire and (for larger carts) with 5- inch rolls. U-Line trolleys are rated at 1000 lbs while the trolley sold here is only rated at 500 lbs. However, a U-Line car of this size is almost twice as expensive. Conclusion: I recommend this product for transporting and storing light to medium loads. It's inexpensive, solidly built, moves smoothly and is easy to assemble. Its weight rating of 500 pounds is fair if the advertised load is distributed more or less evenly across the 3 shelves. The only downside is that it's not as strong as some of the heavy carts on the market.
