I would have given 5 stars but my original order was damaged and I had to return it for a replacement. The exchange process was pretty good as I took it to the local Kohl shop where it was boxed and shipped back. My replacement arrived on time. As for the product, I don't know why I waited so long for it. It was easy to set up and use. This worked great with my new ball of yarn and was a lot easier than trying to wrap the ball by hand. I used the Swift with the Knit Picks Ball Winder and together they made the perfect center pull yarn cake that is very easy to knit (or crochet).
