Review on Enhanced Illumination: 💡 Slim Inch Compatible Recessed Lighting by Jessie Zdunich

I bought these slim 6 inch lights to use on my covered patio. The back of each lantern states that they are "suitable for wet areas". small electrical boxes that accompany each light. The exposed rafters are 16 inches down the center so I built 4 wooden fixtures that the lights attach to. I purchased a Revain Utoolmart Bimetal 6.2" 160mm hole saw to cut holes. Installation was easy. I attached the electrical boxes to the rafters and then ran 16/3 wire in a black rubber sleeve to the boxes. Note : If you keep running wires from one box to the next, there isn't much room for all those wires and nuts, but it is possible (EDIT, I recommend Wago's lever nuts, they take up less space.) I attached the fasteners and then the lamps .The white cable from the box to the light is 10" long when wired together, giving you lots of mounting and placement options with this light set. If you have an app open on your phone when you turn on the light, it will find it automatically turns the lamp on for you.Note that it uses 2.4G WiFi so connect your phone to it (I also have a 5G band which I usually connect to) a bit missing in the app, but not enough to knock out the stars.
