The product arrived on-time. There were several boxes inside of the main box to house and protect all the parts. All parts and tools were included to assemble. I pulled off all of the plastic coating protecting the metal while my husband assembled. We had it done in 30 mins. We hooked up the propane and it started easily. It gave out plenty of heat to sit and enjoy our patio table. I read several reviews which said to cut the pipe in order to bring the heating element closer so that more heat can be enjoyed while seated. My husband, who is bald, said that if we did that, it would burn the top of his head.-We had family over for Thanksgiving and were able to sit on the back patio comfortably. In fact, everyone commented on how warm and cozy it felt outdoors under the heater. I would definitely recommend.
