You'll need to use glue
No matter how you tighten it, the plate holding your license plate will eventually rotate. The extension that fits in your car's tow hook slot is great. You have to use an adjustable wrench to tighten or loosen it, but that's not a problem. Once I just glued the black plate to the extension it stopped rotating and my license plate goes on and off easily and doesn't rotate while driving. Overall I'm happy, although there is a slight oversight in the way it spins. Definitely looks cool!
