Accurate and easy to use
After I put this kitchen thermometer to the test, I found it easy to read and incredibly accurate, even when grilling outdoors. The probe is long enough to reach into thick cuts of meat and the temperature readings were spot-on. The backlit screen was especially helpful when grilling at night. The only downside is that it doesn't come with its own case for storage. Overall, a great addition to my grilling arsenal.
