My Honda Crosstour is running fine at 165,000 miles. The oil filter isn't the only reason the car is so good, but I change it every 10,000 miles along with the synthetic oil. Everything works perfectly. I used them on my last car, a 2005 Subaru Outback and had 200,000 miles on them.
