The device will not go beyond the Amcrest logo. I've tried restarting it multiple times. I then called customer service which was unhelpful. The product was defective and customer service was unhelpful so I sent everything back. When I had a customer service rep on the phone I could barely make out what she was saying and she kept holding me and coming back with nothing. Their solution was to email me the manual I had with me. She said she had to end the call before she could email the guide, so she hung up and didn't send anything. I will never buy this brand again.
