Almost every space in this bag has a purpose. The back pocket is designed for a laptop. There is space for charging cables in a small pocket next to it. The middle pocket is perfect for a tablet and some papers. The hidden pocket is great and the front pocket holds my clicker and wireless mouse. All these spaces make it very functional and suitable for business trips. It seems well made and durable. However, the side pockets take up a lot of space and lack functionality. I would have preferred if they were open so they could be used for a water bottle. And while there's plenty of functional space, there really isn't much room for more than a small folder of papers if you're making use of the other spaces. I was traveling with a laptop, a tome, and a couple of paperbacks in my large bags, and it felt like I was dealing with a pretty cramped space. The side pockets made it rather impractical to fit under an airplane seat. Overall a good bag that will definitely work if I never have to travel with large file folders.
