This Arnarkok tripod mount is a surprisingly small mount. It's all metal, the springs are well tensioned. A fold out plate from Arca Swiss is included for mounting flexibility. The top cold shoe mount is fully rotatable, which comes in handy when you have a two-way light. It's lightweight and has a fairly low profile, making it easy to fit in a purse, purse, or pocket. The V-shaped design holding the phone is designed to prevent the buttons on your phone from being pressed. Maybe it depends on your particular phone or the case your phone is in. In this case, it doesn't prevent my volume buttons from being depressed by the bracket. I tried without the case but the buttons were still depressed by the bracket. Good idea but bad implementation. I just avoid the buttons on my phone when I put my phone in the holder and it works fine. All in all, I like this little mount. With build quality, mounting flexibility, cold shoe mounts, and quarter-inch screw holes for peripherals, this mount is a solid choice.
