Update: Month of regular use and the feedback (or lack thereof, heh) is 100% positive on all sides of the conference call. As far as I know, the numbering plan issue hasn't been resolved, but dialing 10 digits for a local call is very little disruptive, especially since almost all conference hosting phone numbers are 10 digit anyway. We had a limited ability to use it. device, but so far it has worked very well. To be able to say that is a real compliment as the people using it (simultaneously) range from a quiet to a loud Van Halen gig - all in the same room. One caveat - the numbering plan is being ignored by the operating system this time, but VTech assures me they are working hard to fix this bug. We get around this by simply dialing all 10 digits for our local numbers as well as for long distance calls. Recommended. Damn superior to the triangular things in terms of sound and price.
