Easy to start just follow the instructions. I tested the tap water and the xxihan and as you can see the results distinguish alkaline water from BRITA which is very acidic. She is delicious. The taste is the same as the essence or core. I use filtered water for coffee, tea and cooking. I really appreciate the ease of use.
