Review on Stylish and Versatile: Capezio Women's Agility Gym White Women's Shoes by Gary Parker

OK... Use them as a proxy for zero pitch/flex shoes.

After reading Cathy Bowman's books on barefoot walking and movement, I wanted to try it myself. It's easy to go barefoot in the summer, and I've also tried on the least looking pair of five-toe Vibram shoes. I have wide feet so most ready made shoes are not wide enough to splay my toes - that's what you need. Your fingers should be able to move fairly independently of the others. Can you recommend a place where you can actually buy one made to order for you but they are very expensive and it takes about a month to get them. In between (and considering it's winter now and the floors are cold) I went to socks and kind of googled them. You will not walk in the fresh air, but around the house - yes. Unfortunately they are too ugly to wear to the office. And although the skin is very flexible, they are still too narrow for me. Elsewhere I could find dance shoes with a much wider toe box. I absolutely believe in Bowmans research and would like to try the Zero Slope/Wide Toe/Flex outsole. For people who are interested in seeing how it affects their body but don't want to pay a lot of money to try it, this could be a good option instead of spending $100 on a pair of Merrills or $200 on something cheaper. custom.

Pros
  • Suede and rubber outsole
