Bad stitching within a month
I really liked this bag at first! It's a large size (big) with lots of pockets! Less than 30 days have passed and the seam on the shoulder strap has already come undone. I contacted the company on August 14th and still haven't heard from them. I really wanted to love this bag but I just can't. I will update when I hear from the company.
