Not sure if it is worth the money.

I feel like this kit is very expensive for what you get. The ice pack pads (you get 4) and disposable underwear (I think you get 5) are great, and worth purchasing separately. I could take or leave the rest of it. The caddy was helpful but I would have made something else work. I was not a fan of the healing foam spray (dermaplast is better) and didn't love the witch hazel sheets (the circle pads are cheaper and easier to work with). It didn't come with a peri bottle (I bought the Lanainoh which worked really well). Save yourself some money and piecemeal your own kit.

These things are amazing! I''m 3 days postpartum and still having some pain from a 2nd degree tear. These things paired with the healing wipes/liners and the foam makes for an amazing combination! It relieves the pain and the cooling effect is just as effective as the ice packs from the hospital. Its a major plus that these also double as pads! I would definitely buy this product again.
