Over 15 years of use. I was hoping this would be a replacement for the idea, but it's still not exactly what I was looking for. Here are my issues: + The shovel is wider and larger than I was hoping for. Although it will last longer I wanted something that can be used in smaller spaces. The bristles of the broom are a little softer than I was hoping. I find I have more success with stiffer bristles. The handle is a bit short but still functional. It's not like you've been using it for hours, so flexing a little isn't a big deal for me. However, if you have problems with bending or tilting, this could be a problem+. As mentioned earlier, if you don't put pressure on the shovel, small particles will easily slip under the shovel. The old pan I had didn't spin, so it was easier to apply pressure to keep the pan flat to the bottom. Will I order this again? Probably not, but that's because it doesn't quite fit my specific needs. Do I recommend it to others? Perhaps. This depends on your intended use of the product. If you want to sweep flour or small particles, probably not. If you collect larger items in larger spaces, this might work for you.
