I only bought 64GB devices because I've heard many times that flash drives are too unreliable if the capacity exceeds 64GB. However, I opened the well-packaged box to try one of the five on my MacBook Air. It would light up but was never recognized by my computer. The second caught fire, was recognized, and worked, but so slowly it was ridiculous (or tearful). You may be happy with the excruciatingly slow speed, but it won't work for my needs. Number three caught fire but was never recognized. Number four seemed to be working quite well, slowly of course. Then the fifth and last one didn't even light up or be recognized by my Mac. Two out of five unbearably slow jobs are unacceptable to anyone. I'm sending them back and have ordered another 3.0/3.1 kit for speed and ease of use. I will check them when I receive them. Don't waste your time buying them to return them. quality is so bad.
